1. Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it

In its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories attached

Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice)

Non-returnable items include:

Sale or clearance items

Personal care products (e.g., cosmetics, skincare, undergarments)

Customized or personalized products

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email or message.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within [5–10 business days].

Please note:

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your return is rejected due to not meeting the return conditions, the item will be shipped back to you.

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or the wrong size/color.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. After that, the order may already be processed and shipped.
